Return & Exchange

We hope you love our products, but we understand things don't always work out the way they should.
So fret not, you may return the item for exchange! 


OUR RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
All our items are eligible for exchange with the following fine print:

• Purchase of item was made via our online store
• The return & exchange request is made within 5 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered and free of damages) and returned in the original box with tags and packaging intact.
• All items must be returned to Bingka before the exchange is made.
• We will not refund or reimburse the shipping fees of the original purchase.
• If your Bingka Item was a gift, it is eligible for an exchange as long as a receipt is provided.

Please note:
The full return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However we can organize a drop off/ pick up at our designated pick up point or studio in Kuala Lumpur (only with authorized returns/exchange arranged with us.)

Return Request
If you've met the above requirements, you may initiate a Return Request by e-mailing us with the order & invoice number, item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. Please send your Return Request to bingka.design@gmail.com for a confirmation email and an Authorized Return Number.

Shipping your return
Once your return request has been submitted, we will provide you with the full address and the allocated Authorized Return Number(ARN) to your case. Please have your ARN clearly labelled on the package to expedite the process. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment, therefore we recommend trackable and insured mail service for returns.

After you have shipped your item, email us with your tracking number and we will process your exchange upon receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT? Each of our items are handmade; from the cutting, to silkscreen printing and to its construction, so slight unique differences are part of its charm. That said, quality control is a big priority in our operations and we put in a lot of effort to keep our products up to standard. If the item you received is defective due to our fault in production, please contact us at bingka.design@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to arrange a repair or replacement.
